Arriving to School

Please ensure your child gets to school on time in the morning.

The school day starts at 8.50am and children should be in their classes ready to start work at that time.

Children who arrive at school late often feel anxious and upset. They may miss the first activity of the day or important instructions from their teacher and this can make them ill at ease all day.

Any child who does not arrive at school before the register is marked, will be recorded as late. Frequent late marks in the register may result in a penalty notice and a hefty fine.
